Summary: The area isn't the greatest as there are many homeless people wandering around, but we did not have any problems with them. The beds are comfortable and rooms are decent. The breakfast is wonderful with many hot items, cereal and breads, plus coffee. Will stay here again.

Summary: I have stayed at other Days Inn hotels in other cities. This one, in Yakima, far exceeded my expectations based on past experiences (which weren't bad, but not as great as this location). I arrived to check in shortly after 3 PM. The room was not quite ready for occupancy but I explained that as soon as I was checked in I had to head over to the Convention Center for several hours. The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and most accommodating. When I returned several hours later I found the room to be in perfect order and even smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had an excellent variety and was fresh and hot. The dining area was spotless. Check out was quick and easy and, again, the gentleman who checked me out was friendly and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with this stay and the next time I have a reason to spend the night in Yakima, this is where I'll go.

Summary: There maybe be homeless but that is for anyplace you go to. Love the hotel its quite and safe and across is waffle cafe well be returning love the hotel
